Our team built a standard process for one of the production lines, created Standard Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures for the best running line and trained key employees to train on the best practice procedures on the rest of the production lines.

We were able to increase consistency and performance across multiple lines and eliminated quality differences between the various production lines.

The company has found improved quality in all products after implementing our processes. The unique in-house training system we developed for them has reduced training costs for all employees while ensuring greater proficiency in their work. Scrap, waste and system downtime have gone down significantly.
