A major hotel and resort complex asked us how to increase the quality of room preparation, provide extensive new training methods for both new and existing employees and maintain higher standards over time.

To increase efficiency and reduce duplicated or wasted effort, Digital Mentor Group redesigned the room cleaning process using our trademarked WHYSEEQTM system. We captured the best practices of subject matter experts and developed a new process manual, training videos, and further developed the training skills of key employees who were taking on training responsibilities.

Today our client consistently has over 1000 rooms and condominiums cleaned and ready for customers by 4 p.m. every day. Consistency and reliability has increased substantially and newly hired employees are able to work completely on their own after only fifteen days of training and practice.

The premise of the Digital Mentor Group program is designed to remain flexible enough over time to introduce the necessary slight changes to processes and to stay current without increasing company costs or taking current employees out of production.
